Copy of technical passports for an apartment (NOT cadastral).
A copy of the passport (first page and registration) of the buyer and the passport of the seller (owner or all owners).
The following documents are required for homeownership appraisal:
Copy of certificate (extract) about the ownership of the house.
Copy of technical passports on house
Copy of certificate (extract) about the ownership of the land.
Copy of the cadastral passports on house
A copy of the passport (first page and registration) of the buyer and the passport of the seller (owner or all owners).
